So Revolution dropped the long awaited bombshell that their viral concealer was also coming out as a foundation, the beauty world was shook especially because of their ICONIC campaign that was all over the news see why here...
This is Revolution Beauty's first ever liquid foundation & lets be honest they always hit the bar with their base products so I next day shipped myself a few shades and now I am going to share my thoughts with you.
Revolution Conceal & Define Foundation
The major question I have been asked, Is this a dupe for the Tarte Shape Tape Hydrating Foundation? I wan't to say no & yes and here is why.
First off, Revolution have been way more shade inclusive and apart from the finish these are two very different formulas.
I am telling you hand on heart, this is better.
In my personal opinion & that of many others, this absolutely smashes the shape tape foundation out of the park. I have tested both extensively.
The Conceal and Define beats all of my foundations in Longevity, Finish, Application & Price.
To describe this foundation in short terms, It is Photoshop in a bottle want proof? Here is an unedited photo of myself wearing it.
Pores who? Never Heard of her.
My only dislike about this foundation is the applicator, I like to pump my formulas out and mix them with strobe creams & face oils and this makes that difficult but the wand does pick up a generous amount of foundation so I can let that slide for how much I love this formula.
It gets the Beauty Basics Seal of Approval! Will you be trying the Conceal and Define Foundation?
